Can we arrange a virtual factory visit?
Virtual factory visits may be arranged for qualified business enquiries. Share your company, market and product interest with us, and we will confirm the available time and visit scope in advance.
Which documents can we review before production?
The document set depends on the product, configuration and destination market. We can identify the relevant specifications, drawings, installation information and available test or compliance documents during project review.
How are components organized for receiving and installation?
Component scope, quantities, protective packing and project identification are checked before dispatch. The final packing and document scope is confirmed with your order.
Can you support OEM or private-label orders?
OEM, ODM, private-label and custom-packaging options are reviewed according to the product, order quantity and target market. We confirm feasibility before quotation.
What information should we send first?
Start with the installation country, application, approximate dimensions, preferred structure, accessories and quantity. If you have drawings or site photographs, include them—but completed drawings are not required for the first review.
